I promise I will repair your equipment, if it can be repaired. That is what service companies should do for you. Many of the them are retailers and sale new equipment instead of repairing them. If you are in doubt, call me to check if it just needs a repair before you replace. Last week alone I saved a homeowner over $300.00. The "service company" highly visible with paid adds on line, sent a salesman to quote a price for replacement and said it could not be repaired. I checked it and told him what needed to be done. He could not do it because he said he did not know how to fix it, he would have to call it in and have his boss send someone. She called for service, why send a salesman? I repaired it with a $15.00 part.
