The freeze is coming, please watch our video. If you lose power, this is only for you if you lose power. Go to the videos on the page and it will walk you through your system. If you don’t lose power and you have a Sahara pool or a smart pool, it will go into freeze protection mode to protect the pool. You will not be able to bypass it. Let it do its job. The only time you need to worry is if you lose power. If you have a generated house with a generator, you do not have to worry. Please be careful walking around the edges of your pool, during a freeze, the condensation from the poolto make a sheet of ice and make it very slippery. If you do not have a pool. If you do not have a smart pool, and you have the old-school dial timers, make sure your pumps run
24/7. Make sure you cover the copper bells housings those are called backflow preventer please rep towels around them with plastic bags over the top and check all your water hose bids and make sure that they’re covered and insulated. Your typical Lowe’s or Home Depot carry them. Thank you so much and please be careful during the freeze.

Sahara customers with swimming pools, if you’re not in a water, conservation warning, please turn on your sprinklers around the foundation of your home and around the pool foundation. Run them extra maybe even run them every night around the house foundation and the pool foundation for 30 minutes per zone and soak the ground really good. This much heat takes away all of our moisture in the concrete and can start cracking and even pop the tiles inside your house. If you have a soaker hose, you can put it against your Foundation of your swimming, pool, concrete decking, and your house foundation and running about 30 minutes a day to put the moisture back into the ground. This will protect your concrete.
For others that do not have swimming pools yet, this is a really time To be thinking about getting a pool, we still have interest rates at 5.75 for 15 years with equity loan. And prices are still holding for the price of Pools until next year. Thank you guys for watching Sahara pools.
