Dear friend's,
It turns out that there has been another Tom's Garden page for a long time. As a result, Facebook will soon be deleting this page, permanently. I am surprised that FB allowed me to name my page exactly the same as an already existing page but they did.

I will create a new page as soon as I come up with a new and unique name.

Today at Memorial Villages Farmers Market Saturday 9a-1p I'll have fabulous microgreens- a nice rebound from last week's slim pickings thanks to Beryl.

Plus okra, butternut squash, and a few jalapeños.

Well, Beryl is a memory, barely, for Tom's Garden. Lost most of the microgreens crop, but I'll still be at Memorial Villages Farmers Market Saturday 9a-1p this Saturday, with a somewhat smaller selection of microgreens.

I'll have one 5x5 container of live Wheatgrass for you or your cat, two amazingly full basil 5x5s, and 8 containers of my Superfood Mix containing 25% purple radish, 25% Kohlrabi, 20% Turnip, 20% Collard, and 10% Broccoli. It's one of my favorite mixes and the only one I can grow in less than a week. Usually, my microgreens are sold 9-10 days after sowing.

Also, I'll have a pretty nice pile of okra - and some okra recipes, if you want to try something other than frying and gumbo. HINT - use it in any broth-based soup.

More bell peppers, shisito pepper and maybe some jalapeños, too.

Stop by the booth tomorrow, even if just to say hello.

Well, Beryl is on the way. Tracking to pass right on top of us. Right now, steady, hard rain and windy with some stout gusts. It'll get worse before it gets better.
