It matters who you hire.

Our crew showed up to prune a tree and immediately noticed a large cavity hidden inside the trunk. Instead of just cutting and leaving, they stopped and called us out as ISA Certified Arborists to properly assess the tree and determine the safest, most responsible option.

After evaluating the structure of the tree, we discussed options with the homeowner — including removing the large compromised limb and treating/filling the remaining cavity to help preserve the tree and extend its life safely.

An inexperienced or non-licensed company may have simply recommended removing the entire tree without exploring any other options.

Not every damaged tree has to come down. Sometimes the right knowledge, experience, and proper pruning can make all the difference.

That’s why it matters who you hire.

Not everyone should be allowed to prune a tree! Did you know if you allow someone on your property to do tree care work and they do not have insurance and they get hurt they can actually sue you!!!

Many of the trees installed by builders are builder grade stock and often not the right fit for the long term.

At Cody’s Tree Service, we specialize in high quality tree replacements that are better suited for your yard size and soil conditions.

Most yards in Sunterra are not large enough for multiple large trees, and if they’re planted too close to your home, they can eventually cause foundation issues.

The good news?
It’s much cheaper to remove and replace problem trees now while they’re small than waiting until they become large and expensive removals.

We do not install builder grade trees only healthy, quality nursery stock selected for longevity.
