We offer 36 and 60 month Rent To Own. We are located in Kaufman, Texas at 5069 E. Hwy 175 and Cedar Creek Lake and Lake Athens are nearby.
Standard options include, just to name a few: ¾” Tongue & Groove Flooring; 3-4x6 skids on 10’ wide buildings; 16” on center floor joist, garages are 12” on center; 12’ wide and wider have 2x6 floor joist; 29 gauge, #1, 40-year metal, upgradable to 26 gauge. We can install lofts, shelves and workbenches. We also have insulated windows available.
