Why work with WoW? Wouldn't we want...OK, I'm out of "w" words that make sense to continue.

1. We like to have fun. Appropriate fun, but fun.
2. We care. I've been doing this HR thing for a long time now, and I can honestly say that Windows of Wisconsin cares about fixing mistakes and doing our very best to make things right.
3. We're not perfect, and we embrace that. Don't work for the companies who claim they're perfect.
4. We value the mindset of "I work hard." That feels like a "duh" kind of thing maybe, but you'd be surprised how many companies don't value that.
