0-10 recommend bypassing furnace safety components. To make things worse even paying a chuck in a truck ( hvac) guy to burn your house down trying to go with cheapest route 🤷🏼‍♂️ $80 service call cost them the house

I know some of you have heard us talking about the phase out of Freon this year. Also about how this now has caused equipment shortages and major price increases . Thought I’d share some more info on the subject to help clarify things.

Good morning, friends and family. It has been brought to our attention that the common yearly scam of cracked heat exchangers has started after speaking with a few families here in (Kearney) about their run in with big box companies and the scare tactics. I decided to make a post to educate you and inform that you should always get a second and third opinion if you’re ever told you have this issue. We have a few great local companies here in (Kearney) that we believe will also give you an honest opinion if you’re ever in this situation.

Cracked heating exchangers allow carbon monoxide into your house when the furnace is running. You do not have the possibility of a cracked heat exchanger if you are an all electric Hvac house.
