Pecan on a sanded pine deck. Sanding doesn’t necessarily give the stain more longevity but it makes for a nicer finish. It also helps in the reduction of splinters.

Warm weather (and hopefully rain) is right around the corner. Folks are learning that building material costs are at an all time and regular maintenance is a wise decision. Our schedule is likely to fill up quickly again this staining season.
