✨Beat the Summer Pests with Junk Brothers LLC!✨🐜🪳

Are pesky flies, maggots, and rodents invading your trash this summer? Don't let them ruin your outdoor fun! Here are our top tips to keep your trash clean and pest-free:

1. **Clean the Trash Can:**
- Create a solution of 1 part white vinegar to 3 parts boiling water. Pour it in and let it sit for 10 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
- Sprinkle baking soda at the bottom to absorb odors.
- Don’t forget to clean the outside with disinfectant spray!

2. **Use Natural Repellents:**
- **Cinnamon:** Sprinkle cinnamon powder in your trash can to keep flies, maggots, and rodents away. You can also spray a cinnamon solution directly on maggots.
- **Essential Oils:** Use a mix of peppermint or lavender oil with water in a spray bottle to repel those unwanted pests.

3. **Diatomaceous Earth:**
- Sprinkle diatomaceous earth at the bottom of your trash can. This natural substance dries out and kills maggots and insects.
- **Bonus:** We always keep a bag of diatomaceous earth on hand, and if requested, we can leave some in your can after every pickup! It's safe for your pets and children.

4. **Maintain Cleanliness:**
- Regularly empty and clean your trash cans to prevent odors that attract pests.
- Use garbage bags to make cleaning easier and ensure lids are tightly sealed.
- Store trash cans in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight, and rinse them with a lemon juice solution to keep odors at bay.

🌟A Message from Junk Brothers🌟

I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated Junk Brothers family for all your prayers and support during this time. Your patience, loyalty, and understanding mean the world to me!

I'm happy to share that our trash services are running on their normal schedule, and we’re on top of things as I post this. A special shoutout to my brother, Joseph Heminway, for covering today’s pickup and to another brother for lending his truck for today’s service!

Let’s also give a warm welcome to our new employee Josh, who will be taking over the trash runs moving forward. Thank you, Josh, for your commitment to maintaining our high standards and keeping everyone satisfied with the same exceptional service!

While I take some time to heal, my wonderful wife will be managing operations. I have complete confidence in her ability to handle everything, even with so much on her plate.

🌟 We still have our drop-off scrap metal location at 50 Covert St Kearneysville WV, now set up even bigger and better! Please keep things neat and placed on the pallets for easier hauling for our employees. We’ll be unloading the pallets every morning, but if you come by and find them full, feel free to call me at the number below and place your items neatly near the drop-off pallets.

All of our services are still available, and we are taking on new contracts!

Remember, we may have some new faces, but the same family and happy atmosphere remains! The dedication to this dream doesn’t stop! 💪💚

‼️Important Announcement from Junk Brothers‼️

Hello, everyone. This is Victoria, posting on behalf of my husband. I wanted to take a moment to share some important news with you all.

Yesterday evening, my husband was involved in a critical accident and was life-flighted to Inova Hospital. He underwent emergency surgery last night and is scheduled for another procedure today. As a result, we will need to push back some of our larger jobs.

In light of this situation, we are looking for a reliable employee to assist with our weekly trash pickups on Fridays, along with dump runs and scrap runs.

Additionally, we want to remind everyone that we have a drop-off spot for scrap metal at our current business address. You can't miss it; there is a sign and pallet right at the location as soon as you pull up!
