Today we got news that a Dear friend has passed away, Jessica from JL Melton Construction.
As the owner of GriswoldOHD and her being an owner of JL Melton Construction the work relationship bonded into a personal friendship. My gratitude for the work they hired us to do through the years helping GriswoldOHD grow to what is today is unmeasurable. Griswold Construction and Overhead Door, LLC. is a family-owned business that has been servicing and installing commercial overhead doors, docks/dock levelers and residential doors for over 11 years. Our company is growing, and we are looking to find someone who wants to grow with us. Currently seeking a motivated, experienced installer/service tech who would like to have a career with us not just a job. We have one immediate full-time 40 hour per week opening for a highly motivated, team player who has a 3-5 years experience with commercial overhead door and dock levelers. Must be comfortable working with the public, leading and training other employees. Must be willing to drive and work in all weather conditions work on ladders at all height levels and in tight spaces. Must be 21 years or older with a clean driving history (No DUI's/DUAI's within the last seven years) and able to pass a pre hire drug and background check. We pay for health insurance, short term and long term disability after 30 days, 401-K with 4% employer match first day of hire and one week paid time off after one year with company.
