Project went to powder coat on fri and cant wait to see how it comes out.

Panels are ready to go to powder coat. Will have the gate inserts in tomorrow and fri its all going.
Cant wait to see the final product.

Here is where i am at on the gate and panels project. Still have to do the gate inserts , but building the second panel tomorrow..

Been a busy day in the shop, working on a big contract negotiation and was able to get the gate ready for the inserts in the circles , the top and bottom plates and the lock box to go in.
Gate and posts together. Should all be going to powder coat on mon morning.

Wow this was a challenging layout do to measurements. But its all laid out ready for welding and plate installs.

Today im taking the circles that came back from my former and cutting off the access and welding the circles together. All cut and welded together. Mon im gonna sand down the welds and then start building the gate . Have a good weekend

The client gave us these panels to add into the new panels. Well the frames are rotted out so cant be used. But was able to save the circles that we are going to use. Stay tuned to see how it starts coming out.

New project started today. We designed this gate and 2 panels for our client and she loves it. So we have started the build today. Will post the build pics as we go so stay tuned.
