🚛 NOW HIRING – FLEET MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

Advantage Redi-Mix, LLC
📍 Kaufman & Seven Points, TX

We’re looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined person to help maintain our fleet of concrete mixer trucks.

Job Responsibilities:

* Oil changes, filters, and regular maintenance
* Greasing trucks and checking fluid levels
* Brake repairs and adjustments
* Air lines, hoses, belts, and minor leaks
* Basic electrical repairs, lights, and batteries
* Hydraulic hoses and minor hydraulic repairs
* Basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
* Keeping trucks inspected, serviced, and ready to work

We are NOT looking for someone to rebuild engines or transmissions. Major repairs will be outsourced.

Requirements:

* Basic diesel or heavy-truck mechanical knowledge
* Own basic hand tools preferred
* Dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently
* Experience with concrete mixer trucks is a plus but not required
