Brawner Renovations is looking for a driven Project Manager in Kennesaw, GA to lead high-end outdoor living projects and deliver a 5-star client experience.

Responsibilities:
• Manage decks, porches, and hardscapes
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and ex*****on
• Coordinate subs, materials, and inspections
• Maintain daily logs with photos
• Lead crews and communicate with clients
• Track budgets and change orders

Qualifications:
• 3+ years in construction project management preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Experience with management software preferred
