When a company does firm estimate, they have to factor into the price the worst-case scenario of what your job will require, PLUS the built-in cost of the time and expense it takes to do the estimate. INSTEAD, I'll come tackle your job right away at a reasonable hourly rate, saving you time and money! With many years of experience, I also operate as a professional, incorporated entity for your peace of mind. I'll show up in a clean, professionally logoed van full of tools and get started right away.
Additionally, I don't mark up the price of materials like many of my competitors do. If I buy them, you'll only pay for my time and exactly what they cost me (I'll show you the receipt). You're also welcome to get them yourself ahead of time if you'd like to save even more money. I do everything I can to make this easy on you, so let's get it done!
