Every location has a story, and we’re excited to share ours during Keys to Kenosha!

Located on the shores of Lake Michigan, Partners in Design Architects and the City of Kenosha have a long history of evolution, growth, and community. Our Kenosha office, at the corner of 52nd Street and 6th Avenue, was originally part of the Allen Tannery and former Guttormsen Bowling Lanes. It is now the Harborview Building which was designed by Partners in Design Architects and has been our home since 1998. (Historical pictures are courtesy of our friends at Kenosha History Center.)

On Saturday, November 7th, join us for a chance to explore Partners in Design Architects, learn more about our 35-year history, discover how we have collaborated to transform Kenosha and the surrounding area and see what makes our architectural design firm special. Partners in Design Architects is excited to have participated in the groundbreaking of the new Crawford & Wright Orthodontics in Paddock Lake, WI. We are pleased to be part of helping the Crawford and Wright team continue their dedication and quality care to the families of Paddock Lake, Kenosha County and beyond.

Dr. Crawford, Dr. Wright, architect, village clerk and builder breaking ground at our new office in Paddock Lake!! We’ll be right across from Central High school’s football fields. Opening June 2027! 🙌 😁

On the Boards!

PIDA is pleased to partner again with The Lock Up Self Storage team on their new mixed-use retail and self-storage facility in Arlington, Virginia. The facility will include 6,400 square feet of retail space on the first floor and 77,000 square feet of climate-controlled self-storage on the remaining first floor and four upper floors.

On Monday, PIDA team members attended the groundbreaking of Racine Unified Schools Walden III in Racine, Wisconsin.

Originally built in 1921, Walden III Middle and High School is about to embark on a transformative journey to better serve students and staff. This exciting project features renovations throughout most of the 130,000-square-foot facility, along with the addition of a vibrant, secure 800-square-foot vestibule that elevates safety and accessibility. We are thrilled to partner with RUSD, CG Schmidt, and Findorff Construction on this monumental undertaking.
