Now Hiring: Landscape Maintenance & Weeding Technician (Part-Time)
Lake Vibe Landscaping, LLC is seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our growing family-owned landscaping company. This position is ideal for college students, young adults, retirees, or anyone looking to earn extra income working 3–4 hours per day a few days each week.

Position Overview
This role is primarily focused on:
* Manual w**d removal in landscape beds
* Light property cleanups
* Picking up sticks, branches, and debris
* Light blowing and final property touch-ups
* Assisting with general landscape maintenance as needed
This position involves moderate physical activity and occasional lifting but is primarily centered around detailed hand-w**ding and property appearance.

* Reliable transportation preferred
* Landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
We value teachability and work ethic more than experience. If you’re willing to learn and show up consistently, we’ll gladly teach you the rest.
Compensation
* Starting pay: $18.00 per hour
* Paid probationary period
* Performance and wage review after probation period
* Opportunities for advancement and increased pay based on consistency, reliability, quality of work, and willingness to learn
Work Schedule
* Part-time
* Typically 3–4 hour shifts
* Several days per week
* Flexible scheduling available for students and those with other commitments
Service Area
We service properties throughout West Michigan within approximately a 50-mile radius of Kentwood.
Transportation arrangements vary by project:
* Some job sites may include transportation provided by the company
* Other job sites may require employees to drive directly to the work location
