This program is completely free and volunteer driven. Our goal is simple create more opportunities for kids and families to enjoy the outdoors, learn new skills, and make memories together.

🎣 Biggest Outing Yet! 🎣

What an incredible day at Captain Cam’s Youth Fishing Program! This was by far our biggest turnout yet, we honestly lost count, but at least 20 kids came out to learn, fish, and make memories on the water!

The support from our community continues to amaze us. We came close to running out of fishing gear, which is a great problem to have because it means more kids are getting involved in the outdoors. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for additional volunteers to help make sure every child gets the hands-on experience, guidance, and attention they deserve while learning to fish.

A huge thank you to my family for everything they do behind the scenes. From helping set up, baiting hooks, untangling lines, and keeping things running smoothly, this program wouldn’t be possible without them. Thank you as well to all the parents who stay, help, encourage, and support these young anglers every step of the way.

Seeing so many kids smiling, learning new skills, and enjoying time outdoors is exactly what this program is all about. We can’t wait for the next outing!

Captain Cam’s Youth Fishing Program is back this Sunday at Flatrock Park in Kerrville, TX and we’re ready for another awesome afternoon on the water! 🌊🐟

This is a FREE community program designed to get kids outdoors, learn the basics of fishing, build confidence, and make memories with family and friends.

Whether your child is brand new to fishing or already loves the outdoors, everyone is welcome to come cast a line and enjoy the day together.
