I would have put saint augustin in this back yard. But Bermuda was installed and doesn't grow well under the trees. It doesn't like shade that's for sure. It tends to grow in very thin and you cannstill see the dirt. The spots in the sun look great though. Let me transform your property into a paradise. You won't spend another cool night inside. Tackling a huge job. A couple days a week we go at this for one of my customers. Beautiful place, but it's been neglected for awhile now. They finally agreed to let me redo their falling rock stairway on the side of this hill. Theyve been kind of reluctant since they could still manage to get up and down. But they agreed and now they want more. We rebuild the whole wall from the bottom step all the way up. Good thing rocks are plentiful here in the Hill Country. We are also redoing the walkways. Best thing is the customers love it. Next visit we will fill in the big cracks with pea gravel big enough to let water drain and small enough the catch some dirt over time. Property management at it's finest.
