Hi friends! It's been a really long time since I posted here, but I'm still here. Holding up in San Antonio, TX with my two kiddos, husband, and sister-in-law. (She lives with us while doing a graduate degree!)

We've been eating a LOT of comfort food, and my pal Chuck interviewed me for the Express News here in San Antonio, and asked me to put this recipe I told him about on my site in a hurry. So, you get a new recipe! It is so good, and I'll bet you have everything on hand, even in these times.
