Today was one for the books friends!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I am truly amazed at how quickly the October Menu sold out this month! 6 hours is all it took for y'all to order over 200 cabbage rolls!!!! 🤯🤯🤯❤️❤️❤️🥹🥹🥹
🤩I can't even begin to describe how wonderful it feels to know so many people enjoy the food! I honestly feel overwhelmed in the best way possible! Again... THANK YOU! 🙏❤️ P.S. I forgot to take pictures because I was seriously that busy!
💌 I would also like to give a shoutout to Matthew Shear for being the most amazing "sous chef" and helped boil all those cabbage leaves, while also fighting for his life outside dodging all the crazy bees! 🐝 🤣🫣 My work would've been way harder and longer if not for him. He is always my biggest supporter and the happiest taste tester around! Thanks babe! 😘🫶

Soup🥣🐔🥕
CHICKEN NOODLE- chicken breast slow cooked in homemade broth with chunks of onion, Celery and carrots. Thick egg noodles mixed in with special seasonings makes this the perfect comfort food classic!

Main Dish 🍽
CABBAGE ROLLS- seasoned ground beef, rice and onions wrapped in boiled cabbage leaves, slow cooked in a homemade tomato sauce. ***Available with or without sauerkraut

Side 🥔🧈
MASHED POTATOES- Russet potatoes peeled and boiled, whipped with sour cream, lots of butter, heavy cream and a few seasonings! The perfect side dish for chicken noodle soup OR cabbage rolls!

Dessert 🍌
BANANA PUDDING - layers of vanilla wafers, bananas and marshmallows smothered in vanilla pudding and topped with homemade whipped cream!

🤯🤩WOW!!!!! I am absolutely amazed at how many of you ordered from the September Menu!!! 🙏🙌❤️ This was probably my largest order to date! Y'all are absolutely incredible! I am so very, VERY grateful for all of you! I hope the food is as delicious as you expected! I had 2 very long but fulfilling days in the kitchen, which really is one of my happy places!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Lasagna Soup- Italian seasoned ground beef, simmered in a beef and tomato broth, mixed with diced onions and tomatoes and broken lasagna noodles. Topped with a dollop of ricotta 3 cheese blend. It's lasagna in soup form!

Chicken & Dumplings- slow roasted chicken breast with special seasonings, hand rolled dumplings & homemade cream of chicken. Comfort food at its finest!

Mashed potatoes- fluffy whipped potatoes mixed with LOTS of butter, milk, sour cream and special seasonings. The best side dish for chicken and dumplings!

I'll be back again in September with another Menu and I'm already getting excited for cabbage rolls in October!!! 🙌😬

Slow cooked chicken breast mixed in homemade cream of chicken and chicken broth, loaded with potatoes, carrots, green beans, corn and peas. Topped with homemade pie crust crumbles. This is a new menu item!

Main Dish 🍽
MEATLOAF
1lb of ground beef mixed with onions, green pepper, special seasonings and oatmeal to keep it tender and juicy. Topped with a homemade sweet and tangy glaze!

COUNTRY GREEN BEANS 🍖
Slow cooked green beans, onions, ham and potatoes in a rich chicken broth and seasoned with love.

S'MORES BARS 🔥

Wow!!!🤯😍 I'm shocked at how many of y'all ordered from the June Menu! I had a lovely (but also tiring 😴🫣) 2 days in the kitchen! I hope everyone enjoys the yummy food!!! As always, I am SO VERY THANKFUL for those of you who continue to support me, either by ordering, sharing or even just commenting on my posts! It truly means the world🌎🫶 to me and I absolutely LOVE doing this!

Deviled Eggs 🥚 hard boiled egg halves filled with a classic creamy, sweet and tangy filling of mayonnaise, mustard and special seasongs! Topped with smoked paprika! The perfect summer snack 😋

Another BIG THANK YOU to everyone who ordered from the May Menu! 🙏🙌 I am forever grateful for the constant love and support! As always, I hope the food is delicious! 🤤😍 There will more than likely be EXTRAS 😂😬so keep an eye out for a flash sale later tonight!

Summertime is a very special time for us now that my baby is in school! I'm never certain as to if I'll be able to do a monthly menu because we try to really soak up the sun 😎🌞 and enjoy our time together! However, I am hoping to do another round of chicken salad and maybe a few other quick and delicious sides and desserts! Please be on the lookout 👀 but also I hope y'all understand if I take some time off! 🥰
