Dear Customers and Friends,
As of Sunday March 22nd, Ohio state leaders, with the aid of State Heath Department Director Amy Acton, have officially issued a "stay at home" order for employees of all non-essential businesses in Ohio to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
The order will go into effect Monday, March 23rd, at 11:59 p.m. and will remain in effect until the earliest date of April 6th, 2020.
During this time, our office and warehouse will be closed and we will not be able to process orders or returns. We will continue to monitor emails and phone messages, but we may not be able to respond in as timely of a manner as usual. So, if you have questions about your pond and the upcoming Spring season, please do not hesitate to send us an email. We will try to respond to your question or concern as soon as we can!
We appreciate your understanding and patience and we thank you for your support! In times like these it is important to lean into community as much as possible, even if it's through the screen of a computer or cellphone. We are here for you!
