Williams Hall’s culinary fundraising program and classes are held in Unity Table, our state-of-the-art teaching kitchen, and led by renowned Key West chef Martha Hubbard. Teaching young teens cooking skills and helping older adults explore new cuisines and healthy foods are central to our mission. Member fundraising events explore the world of food and allow donors a relaxing opportunity for socia

l discourse. Our semester-long workshops help members of all ages navigate the wide and diverse world of food through chef demonstrations, guest speakers and hands-on cooking experiences. Participants learn the essentials of food and knife safety, menu and grocery list planning, and recipe interpretation and sourcing. At the Unity Table fundraising dinners, our members from all walks of life form new bonds through a common interest in uncommon food. During the meals, diners can dialogue with the chef, watch the preparation of the meal and learn the techniques and recipe variations central to successful culinary creation. Starting this Wednesday, June 3! 🌿🔪 Chef Martha Hubbard’s new Culinary Discovery Series is here!

“What The Heck Is This? What Can I Make With It?” is a fun, hands-on exploration of unfamiliar ingredients, seasonal produce, spices, and pantry staples. Learn what they are, how to use them, and simple ways to bring new flavors into your kitchen.

Williams Hall and the Key West Art & Historical Society are proud to present two special nights of theatre as part of the Tennessee Williams Key West Festival.

Join us on the evening of Friday, March 13 or Saturday, March 14 for Tennessee Rising: The Dawn of Tennessee Williams, an internationally acclaimed solo performance by Jacob Storms exploring the early life of one of America’s most iconic playwrights. Following each performance, guests are invited to stay for a special talkback and audience Q&A with the star of the show.
