I am selling this old beauty. It’s a fun project but I need to move down to the keys full-time. It goes in the TI song next week for $12,500 but in reality I would consider half that. It just needs to go to the next caretaker. Most of the work that’s left is cosmetic. Thanks very much

I have a houseboat for short term rental on the Thousand Islands. It is a 41ft RIVER QUEEN 1970 with a 4yr old second steel hull. It does sleep 4 easily. Officially 6 with the kitchen table made into a bed. I have a great slip at Bonnie Castle Marina in Alexandria Bay NY. I believe I may have to sell this boat. But till then I'll enjoy living & working on it. It sure beats golf! My cell phone is 305.295.7444.

Just put shrink wrap up on the houseboat in the Thousand Islands I'll finish it in the with spring sand blasting & painting the bottom and structure!!
