Bringing history back to life 🔥➡️🏡

We recently had the opportunity to restore a beautiful 1920s home that suffered exterior fire damage caused by an RV. What looked like permanent damage turned into a full revival.

We started by sanding down all burned and damaged wood, removing every trace of char to get back to a solid surface. From there, we applied a high-quality bonding primer (BIN) to seal and protect the structure. Every seam was carefully caulked and waterproofed to ensure long-term durability.

We didn’t stop at the surface — we hunted down and replaced all compromised and rotten wood, repaired blemishes, and made sure the integrity of the home was fully restored.

Complete Exterior Restoration & Repaint 🏡🎨❤️

This two-story home went through a full-scale exterior upgrade focused on correcting damage, strengthening the structure, and delivering a clean, high-end finish.

We started by removing extensive water-damaged siding on the back of the home and carried that through the side elevation to ensure a seamless, uniform appearance. All rotted fascia and trim were identified and replaced, eliminating weak points and restoring the integrity of the exterior.

Every joint, seam, and transition was carefully caulked to create a tight seal against moisture, heat, and seasonal movement — a critical step that sets the foundation for a long-lasting paint job.

At the front of the home, we installed a door the home owner found on market place and professionally refinished it making it more modern with new lock and door handle! The chimney was fully rebuilt, giving the roofline a solid, refreshed presence.

For this project, we went beyond just paint. We replaced all rotted wood to ensure long-term durability and structural integrity before applying a full repaint.

Just finished this beautiful house repaint- huge upgrade! Hunted every piece of rotted wood on the columns! Cut out the bad stuff, replaced with fresh cedar, sealed it up. Pro tip: Use exterior-grade Bondo filler for gaps, prime with Zinsser Bulls Eye for killer adhesion. We only use the best coatings we used Sherwin-Williams Duration paint—self-priming, low VOC, tough as nails against weather. Two coats in, looks brand new and painted to last.
