Our first project in Killeen, Texas! Took on a job while waiting for our house to close, to keep us out of trouble. We are saving this 20+ year old shed. There is wood rot all around the bottom, a hole from raccoons, and some surprise termite damage. We are replacing the bottom 2 ft of board, fixing/replacing the rotted bottom 2X6, cleaning out the inside and installing shelving & organization. Here is the progress at the end of day 1.
