Reglazed all windows, recaulked the entire car port and added two coats of white to windows, gutters,facia and car port.

Little color change up on the hand railings. Scrapped rust, primed. And paint with gloss enamel.

And the start to a new construction, a lot of prep work to be done with floors papered off, windows taped, cabinets all taped n covered, we will be applying a oil base primer to all the raw wood, and then a little sanding followed up with a dust off and then we will begin the caulking and nail hole filling.. finished photos soon.

Soft wash to the shingles, power washed the entire house all fence and deck, sprayed all the soffit, facia, and windows and doors black which was white, sprayed the entire house with the matching color latitude vinyl safe paint 2 coats as well as stained the deck and privacy fence.
