Wanted to provide a PSA today. While we subcontract most of our HVAC needs, we were doing a small repair yesterday & noticed the furnace was "whistling" at the furnace return. We opened the furnace filter housing & found the filters completely clogged. See the photo. So please check your furnace filters at least 2-3 times a year, and replace as needed. Your furnace & air quality will thank you.

Taking advantage of a slow day to do a shop purge. Stop by to see if we have something you could use for free before it goes to the landfill. Happy New Year and a little update! We’ve hired someone to help us put systems in place so we can run with less stress and move away from the mom and pop style operation we started as. Not because we were able to, but because we see what this business can become for us and for our future customers. We’ve felt the impact of not having a fully functioning structure and we are ready to change that.
He has already been great to work with in these early stages and we’re confident he will help us grow in a big way throughout the year. Bring on 2026!

Just a friendly reminder for anyone that may have a whole house humidifier unit insaltalled on you HVAC ductwork. Please go inspect your wick filter. These pics are of one that we inspected and replaced today. Yes, that is mold. Ironically one of the homeowners just went earlier this week to have mold spores removed from her sinuses. Hope they breath easier tonight.
