Yesterday our post received a call no one ever wants to get. We lost a friend, a brother and comrade. Buck was nothing short of a legend to us. I'm asking that you all pray for our VFW family and the Taylor family. Please give them and us time to process this huge loss. Respect this time as we come together as a VFW family as we grieve. We’re looking for a dependable Pool Service Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and helping customers keep their pools clean and safe, this could be the perfect job for you! 🏊‍♂️

🔹 Position: Pool Service Technician
🔹 Type: Full-time year round (this is not a temporary summer job)
🔹 M-F and occasional Saturday
🔹 Experience: Not required — we will train the right person! Don’t expect $20 an hour with no experience or little to no employment history

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Reliable and Hardworking a must! (our customers like their scheduled days week in and week out)
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather ( This is South Georgia so it’s hot during the summer and chilly during winter)
• Valid driver’s license a must

💧 Job duties include:

• Cleaning and maintaining residential pools
• Testing and balancing pool chemicals
• Checking equipment and reporting issues
• Providing friendly customer service

💰 $15-$20 hr + opportunity to grow with the company.
