The Johnson City Eye Surgery Center was named the 2025 Project of the Year for New Construction over $5 Million by the Tri-Cities Region of AGC Tennessee. Designed by CRW Architects and constructed by GRC Construction, the project reflects excellence in coordination, quality, and delivery.

The historic Dobyns-Taylor Warehouse in downtown Kingsport is set to be transformed into a boutique hotel, bringing new energy to one of the city’s landmark buildings. We’re grateful to play a role in its next chapter.

The Dobyns-Taylor property will be redeveloped into a 60-room boutique hotel, city officials announced Tuesday.
