Delivered and installed this custom countertop. Client bought a new-to-them RV where the sink had ripped out of the discount counters. We took some locally-sourced rainbow poplar boards and built this eye-catching counter that fit like a glove. Our client loved it so much they bought new fixtures to elevate this kitchenette!

He is Risen!

This year my mom asked after a recent church service if we could make her something special to celebrate Easter more fully. We took this to heart and designed a layered box depicting a sacred moment from Christ's resurrection and the personal meaning it had to people that loved him. My mom loved it! And we would love to share it with others to invite the beautiful spirit of Easter into your homes as well.

The layers are hand painted with alcohol inks. The frame is made of ebonized oak reclaimed from church pews further symbolizing sacred transformation.

I always love when we get to do commissions for people we love. This custom table was for our awesome neighbors looking for a specific design and size for their space. It was fun working with Southern Yellow Pine, trying out new stains, and the biggest thing we've ever turned on the lathe (table post).

Our German Exchange student introduced us to the tradition of the Christmas wreath which features 4 candles that are lit each of the 4 Sundays leading up to Christmas as a part of the advent. There is a set of 4 verses to a carol which are sung on each corresponding week. To bring this into our home this season I used a piece of oak and added select lines from the carol along with imagery from the nativity. It has been a beautiful addition to our home this year. Merry Christmas everyone!

We have friends who love Wes Anderson films. Back in 2018 when Isle of Dogs came out we went and watched our first Wes Anderson film with them which we thoroughly enjoyed. We made them this etched cedar board to celebrate a great movie and a fond memory.
