Hiring crew leader. Qualifications: Self motivated, problem solver. Bucket truck operator/ climber with 3 + years experience. Operate skid steer / excavator, must be efficient in brush removal and trunks (mindful of property). Knowledge and ability to demonstrate rigging techniques. Able to fell trees using wedges, cat, excavator, mechanical advantage systems, have depth perception. Effective use of chainsaws, ability to know why your saw is not cutting right and remedy it. Tree knowledge: Identification, proper pruning techniques, canopy cleaning, crown reduction, thinning. Ability to communicate with customers and crew, pride in your work. This is not Spikes tree service! Up to $300/day depending on experience. 781-585-1289
