They wanted to take out a couple walls on the first floor of their home. One of them being load bearing and requiring a 20ft header. Customer had one contractor tell them it couldn’t be done then two others come check it out and never call back. We had it done in just over a week. They opted to do the painting and to patch in the flooring themselves.

The original issue was that a braided line blew off of the sink upstairs and caved in the ceiling. I’m not a fan of the 12x12 ceilings, but by the time you get furring strips up, tile and all the crown it should’ve only been a two day job. I got to my last row of tile and water started gushing down from the second floor into my new ceiling. I had already replaced the lines to the sink, so I went up to investigate and saw the tub had filled with water and the toilet was backed up. I had to remove the toilet and rent 100 foot power drain snake. My easy two day job turned into four.
