Bad fuel is the most common reason for chainsaw failure. Don't let this happen to your chainsaw. Use only high quality synthetic mix oil in your fuel mix and ethanol free gasoline if it is conveniently available. Follow mix ratio directions and mix your fuel thoroughly before using. Never run straight gasoline in a chainsaw!

I specialize in repairing and rebuilding professional level Stihl and Husqvarna work saws, but service or rebuild just about anything worth fixing -- including older saws most shops won't even touch.
Nice reconditioned saws are generally available for sale and the inventory always varies.
I also provide professional chain sharpening, grinding and repair services -- including making custom ripping/milling chain.
Tree Service, Farm, or Homeowner ---- With nearly 15 years of experience, I'll save you time, money and aggrevation by providing efficient and dependable service when you need it.
Your saw is just as important to me as it is to you. I'll fix it, and I'll fix it right.

Local saw shop in Kipton, Oh. specializing in pro-level Stihl and Husqvarna chainsaw service.
Over 10 years experience working on all types of saws for friends, neighbors, and myself. I’m now retired from a regular day gig and able to devote additional time to saw repairs and rebuilds on a more professional and steady basis. “Word of mouth” recommendations and a few Craig’s List ads have generated a small but loyal customer base that has encouraged me to expand my exposure a bit more here on Facebook, so here I am.
I’ve always worked on and sharpened my own saws as a necessity after switching to wood heat years ago. A friend gave me a box full of Stihl 026 parts one day and I’ve been rebuilding and selling saws ever since. Still even have that original 026 that started it all. Killer little runner, btw!
I usually have a variety of Stihl, Husqvarna, and a handful of other familiar brands of chain saws for sale. All are refurbed clean-ups or complete rebuilds and are priced accordingly. I also have a boatload of old Homelite parts saws and project saws if you happen to be a Homie collector in search of a part or a new restoration challenge.
Give me a ring or shoot a message if you're looking for something in particular or just have questions about your broken, blown up, or lousy running chain saw. I'll do my best to help ya out any way I can -- hopefully saving you time, aggravation, and most importantly, money.
Whether you're a homeowner simply looking for a good running $40 econo-saw bargain to clean up some yard debris or a professional tree service in urgent need of a pro-level repair or rebuild, I provide the highest quality parts and repairs at the best prices you will likely find anywhere in north central Ohio. I'm experienced, dependable, and professional with quick turnaround times. As mentioned above, I specialize in pro-level Stihl and Husky repairs and rebuilds but work on all saw brands including older saws that many shops won't touch.
I'm a saw collector too and always in the hunt for non-running Stihls, Huskys, and old school chainsaws..., particularly old McCullochs. If you have an old saw just taking up space in your garage, barn, shed, or wherever, I'll always make a reasonable offer (depending on condition and driving distance, of course) to provide it with a comfy new environment with lots of new friends!
Thanks for checking in. Happy cutting and be safe!
