Kirkland Living room update After & Before photos

Check out this modern transformation!

-Installed recessed lighting for instant brightness at the flip of a switch—no more relying on lamps.
-Upgraded flooring with sleek black luxury vinyl planks (LVP), replacing the old carpet.
-Revamped the fireplace with a floor-to-ceiling tile surround and a custom-built floating white mantel, removing the dated wood design.
-Replaced window casing with a streamlined white sill for a cleaner, modern look. Updated all baseboards and door casings.
-Old blinds were replaced with modern shades that allow diffused light.
-Installed a new dining room light fixture with a built-in switch for added convenience.
-Upgraded the side cabinetry with a modern design and added upper cabinets for extra storage.

The original kitchen had only one entry point disconnected from the dining and living room, so we opened up a wall to create a more natural and efficient flow 🔁

Following the style of the guest and master bathroom I remodeled, we upgraded every detail: swapping out dated oak cabinets, dull beige tones, and basic tiles for sleek glossy cabinetry, seamless white quartz countertops, black LVP flooring, and under-cabinet accent-lighting. The result is a stunning, functional, and modern kitchen with a polished, high-end feel. 🌟

The original kitchen had only one entry point disconnected from the dining and living room, so we opened up a wall to create a more natural and efficient flow 🔁

Following the style of the guest and master bathroom, we ditched the dated oak cabinets, dull beige tones, basic floor tile for contrasting glossy cabinets, a bright, seamless quartz counter, black LVP flooring, and under-cabinet lighting among other things, culminating in a functional, polished and high-end look. 🌟

The original space felt closed off with just one entry point, disconnected from the dining and living areas. To improve flow and functionality, we opened up a wall for a more seamless and natural layout 🔁.

Taking cues from the guest and master bathroom designs, we replaced the outdated oak cabinets, dull beige tones, and basic floor tiles with a striking combination of contrasting glossy cabinetry, bright quartz countertops, sleek black LVP flooring, and under-cabinet lighting. The result? A functional, modern, and high-end kitchen that’s as polished as it is practical. 🌟
