Continuing work on the Family Daycare project — this old shed was open and easily accessible from the backyard, so it needed to be safely closed off for the kids.

Built a new wall and door to block access to tools and storage while keeping the shed fully usable for the owners.

Preparing this property for a licensed Family Daycare included several safety and usability upgrades — one of them was replacing this old leaking patio roof over the deck.

The previous roof had been installed incorrectly and was already sagging and collecting debris after only a few years. The entire roof was removed and rebuilt with new clear panels to keep the space protected from rain while still allowing plenty of natural light.

At the same time, the deck railings were refreshed with a new solid stain finish to give the whole structure a cleaner, updated look.
