I was asked to make a twin bed over a queen bed. Asked to build in storage and railing and removable ladder,so I did. I am hoping to see it when the room is complete and this is painted. This is a piece of furniture and I enjoy creating custom furniture from scratch. Definitely one of my favorite creations. The precision and end alignment is a workout for the brain.

I know I haven't posted for a while. Weeks become months and you know. This is my view at work currently. I have been lucky in my life to see some great places but each one has a unique experience. Nice to be looking at the ocean up here in Maine while you build something custom. Inspired and happy for the opportunity.

The thing is that installing things like microwave drawers aren't as easy as you think. Requires adjustments and even trimming the cabinets with precision so it looks like it never needed it. Every job has a few hiccups and this one is no different. Expect the unexpected , is my moto. I will post this kitchen when it is complete.

Kitchen got the templet made for the counter. Taylor Simpson pulled all this together. She chooses all the materials and designs and coordination of all of us subs.
