Here was a brick foundation that was deteriorating and failing. We came in,slightly jacked and supported the corner of the building, demoed out the failing foundation, matched the original brick and installed properly with wall ties insulation.

Full restoration on this one. We demoed 6 ft off the top of the chimney. Installed ice and water Shield on all exposed areas of wood to make it watertight. Then rebuilt with matching brick to original height and finished her off with a granite cap. Rebuilt brickshelf on Lower right portion of the chimney. Properly ground out all mortar joints and repointed with high-quality high-strength professional-grade mortar. acid washed to dial it in.
