These heart pine floors took a lot of work (and sandpaper) Had to deal with lots of sap, which gums up sandpaper super fast. But we got it done! The home owner wanted them lightened and brightened. So we went with a high quality water based sealer and finish and added a little white in the finish to help keep them light.
