erything that Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty has to offer to their agents and my clients, I reached my goals for the 2012 year and am striving for further success in 2013. I have lived on the Outer Banks since 1976 and love it more every day! Raised in Baltimore Maryland I decided to move to the Outer Banks to be near my family, a decision I am glad that I made. In 1982 I married my husband and settled in Kitty Hawk where I have lived ever since. My hobbies include taking walks on the beach, with my husband of over “30” years in search of “Sea Glass’ and spending time with my two adorable granddaughters. Work in Construction and Real Estate for over 25 years with my brother construction company. Handling all phases of construction including: permitting, banking and working with clients on the interiors and much more. Being in Construction for over 25 years, has allowed me to be familiar with all townships along the Outer Banks coastal shore lines, along with the many subdivisions. In 1988 I became a licensed Real Estate Agent for the same construction company that I had been working with since 1982. In 1995 I became Broker In Charge and have handled most of the real estate transactions both thru the company and with private clients. "I have found that I enjoy getting to know a client and taking the time to really search for just the right property to fit their needs. Bringing in consult, when needed, will help the client make the right real estate decision and aware them of any concerns that they need to consider on a given property. After moving to Coldwell Banker/Seaside Realty in 2009 I form "The Sandalwood Team". With my past experience in construction, I can research both generically and specifically each individual clients true needs and desires and help to move them thru the buying or selling experience with as much factual knowledge as possible. Because of my drive to learn more as an Agent and to further educate myself for my clients I have strive to continue my education by completing the required course to gain my SFR designation for Short Sales & Foreclosure Resources.
