This is a 200 yr old cabin that has been added on to several times. Everything was in pretty bad shape so we've rebuilt a good bit of it

Chimney Chase
Repair/Rebuild

This is second chase we have rebuilt lately. We strip them down, replace bad framing, wrap them with house wrap, cover the corners with metal before we install the corner boards, install PVC boards for corners, install Hardie cement siding, and caulk and paint.

Here is before and after pictures of a kitchen that got flooded out by a busted water line. We replaced the underlayment and some of the subfloor, treated the floor framing for mold, replaced the base cabinets and painted the wall cabinets, and installed water resistant flooring.
