Went from a “basic” kitchen to something the client wanted , they wanted more of a cabin feel than the whole manufactured home feel … I was a little iffy about the hickory cabinets and the flooring but this whole job has come together nicely.

New hickory cabinets , new hickory flooring throughout , got rid of the two sinks and have one massive sink. Butcher block counter tops are very in now , so we sanded stained and sealed them as well. Added a nice classy backsplash , which we still need to grout and put outlet covers back on.

The client chose allllllll of their materials and we just ran with it. I’m very happy with how this came out.

The best part of this was the client trusted us with their project , continued to let me know time didn’t matter that me being the one that did the work was the most important part of the puzzle.

More pictures to come by the end of this coming week of this project … we have a bathroom , new vanities, new flooring throughout painted shutters and garage door , water proofing a garage , adding handrails to the front steps. We essentially changed everything in the house minus the homeowners.

Building a brand in Tennessee is extremely overwhelming yet so rewarding !!!!! I’m so grateful I got the guys to actually refine my business and redefine my dedication to the craft !!!!

We also excel in customizing your kitchen.

We removed a non load bearing wall , demoed the cabinets , the soffit , along with the carpet throughout the house.

Installed new LVP flooring and trim throughout the first floor. New cabinets were installed along with a huge 10 foot island , we also relocated electrical so we had it in the island. Designated a coffee bar area , and a nice clean subway tile backsplash. Added a shiplap wall , painted all the walls and the new trim that was installed. We really opened up this floor plan , so the client would have a huge entertainment area for the kids and their family parties. Really enjoyed this project

This was a “basic” flip , we sanded and refinished the floors. Tore down any wallpaper , all brand new sheet rock … we also re did the kitchen , and I’ll have pictures for that coming within the next couple days. Little TLC , and this property is ready for purchase!!!!!

Client wanted simple , clean and updated … we tore out all the old cabinets, installed new ones. Added some nice fresh black hardware. Added a backsplash. Put in a new outlet to make sure the garbage disposal had a power source.

All in all in the matter 2 weeks this client had a brand new kitchen.

Bathroom renovation that was completed.

We tore out everything down to the studs. Fixed any water damage to the subfloor. Used the schluter waterproofing material. Marble tile installed throughout the shower. Replaced the vanity along with all the shower fixtures. Installed a corner bench , and corner shelves for their showering needs. We also installed a sliding glass door.

We worked in the clients budget , and had some change orders along the way. It’s a completely custom shower size which a mud pan was made for. When the project was completed we gave our clients what they wanted and our attention to detail shows down to every grout joint.

We started in the basement , moved to the roof to keep it water tight , and now we are renovating the whole first floor , along with installing carpets on the second floor.

When you walk into this , then see what’s actually behind it , and you turn it into this ....

We removed a half wall along with a small closet , we then noticed that a load bearing wall wasn’t supporting the load all the way through.

We built temp walls , removed the old “beam” and replaced it with a 3.5x11 - 7/8thx16ft LvL beam. We made sure to transfer both load points from upstairs all the way to the basement , where we just reinforced and jacked up the original beam , and supported it with a concrete Lally column. We now have an open floor plan kitchen / dining room.

We also removed drywall , sheet rock and wall paper out of the dining room. Replaced the ceiling and skim coated the walls to cover up and drastic imperfections.
