Our biggest job of the year was completed a little over a week ago. This project was for one of my first customers, Jeff and Maggie Wilson. This project included removing a few, (roughly 245) suspended ceiling tiles and replacing with new tiles as well as replacing the lighting with LED flush mount lights on new dimmer switches. The next part of the project was to replace all upstairs bathroom faucets, drain assemblies, and shut off valves with new. For part 3, a new laundry room was constructed upstairs in a sitting area off the master bedroom. Cabinets, folding table, floating shelves, and new flooring completed this area. The existing main level laundry room was converted to a mud room and a new custom built Hall Tree was added for organization. In the middle of this install, a water leak was discovered coming from an upstairs shower. This involved cutting out drywall, repairing a shower drain leak, drying all affected areas and then rebuilding wall. Storage cabinets where moved from mud room to garage and a closed was built out with new shelving. Thank you to the Wilson's for entrusting Andy's Remodeling with you project.
