This project has a lot going on, and it all works together.
The covered gable section anchors the outdoor kitchen with dark stained timber framing, butcher block counters, and a Kamado grill station. From there, a polycarbonate roof pergola runs the full length of the back of the house, letting natural light in while keeping rain off the stamped concrete patio below. This mix of solid and translucent roofing provides coverage without losing daylight.
String lights run the entire length underneath, and louvered privacy panels define one side of the space. The stamped concrete ties everything together underfoot. There is a clear cooking zone, dining zone, and living area, each with its own purpose without needing walls.
ProDeck designs around how people actually use their outdoor space, not just how it looks in photos.
