A small crack in asphalt gives water a direct path underneath the pavement. Once water gets below the surface, traffic and freeze/thaw cycles can turn that small crack into broken pavement or a pothole.

πŸ‘‰ Catching cracks early is a lot cheaper than repairing failed asphalt later.

Regular maintenance can add years to the life of your driveway or parking lot.
