The architectural lighting design is skillfully layered to complement the custom decorative elements and enhance the rich finishes and textures throughout the space. This deliberate approach creates an inviting and cohesive atmosphere that reflects the unique identity of the restaurant while ensuring functionality and warmth in the dining experience.

We are happy to share that L+ARC's own Dianna Osickey participated in the AIA Tennessee State Conference last week! She was joined by Eric Meyers and Valerie Franklin Hernandez on a panel discussing alternative career paths that architects find themselves on and how design minded individuals are welcome and impactful in so many places in society. The panel spoke to the need for diversity within the organization and on the path to Fellowship. Dianna shared how her childhood and entrepreneurial sprit have led to where she is today.

It was an enriching time for architects across to state to learn from one another and refuel their creative tanks. Thank you , .davis, and the AIA TN Fellows for the gracious invitation!

The set is hand painted with video mapped and projected from behind into the window backdrop. This show is inspired by the same series of true events as 'The Terminal’ where a refugee resided in an airport terminal for 18 years, 'Flight' opens tonight!

In honor of International Dark Sky Week, Bobby Bradley is speaking as part of Cisco's sustainability webinar series.

Bobby is an Dark Sky advocate and cares deeply about our ability to engage with the night sky. He capitalizes on opportunities to travel and photograph these rare spots on earth.

As lighting designers much of what we are considering in exterior lighting is the delicate balance between the pedestrian scale engagement and the world at large.

Dianna designed the shell, interior architecture, and lighting design.

Conceptually this is a space for a prospective buyer to engage with a vehicle in a domed volume where the surrounds can be swapped out as you 'choose your adventure'. Since Rivian is made to order the old school showroom and lot is no longer applicable and can be reimagined in a multifunction space available to research, experiment, and recharge.

In addition to the interactive aspect of the theatrical truck display the dome is lit with tunable white cove and adjustable narrow beam point sources for an enjoyable ambient environment and well lit vehicle.

Rethinking the vehicle purchasing experience. Could this be a space for the community explore electric vehicle technology in an inviting and comfortable way?

Rivian is made to order the old school showroom and lot is no longer applicable. They have reimagined what the future of exploring looks like and their sales space has been reimagined in a multifunction space available to research, experiment, and recharge.
