Small flooring job complete. Tore out engineered hard wood that had been scratched up by a couple dogs and installed this Pergo Evercraft flooring in Sonoma Oak. Lifetime non prorated warranty on pet scratches with this new floor.

Tore out a wall dividing this house ( non loadbearing) and gutted the kitchen due to a water leak. Opened up the kitchen to double the size. Ran new plumbing throughout the house and new electric in the kitchen and family room. I think it turned out amazing.
