🔨 EXPERIENCED 2-MAN HANDYMAN / REMODELING TEAM WANTED – KNOXVILLE AREA 🔨

MEL Realty Repairs is looking to connect with an experienced, established 2-man contractor team capable of completing residential repairs and remodeling projects independently and without day-to-day guidance.

This is different from an entry-level handyman position.

We're looking for a knowledgeable team that can receive a scope of work, evaluate the project, determine what needs to be done, and complete the work professionally from start to finish.

Projects may include:

• Complete bathroom remodels
• Kitchen remodels
• General handyman repairs
• Drywall installation and repair
• Painting
• Trim and finish carpentry
• Flooring
• Doors and hardware
• Cabinet installation
• Light plumbing and electrical within your capabilities
• Property maintenance repairs
• Rental property turnovers
• Punch-list work
• Other residential remodeling and repair projects

WE'RE LOOKING FOR A TEAM THAT:

• Has strong residential construction/remodeling experience
• Can complete projects without constant supervision
• Can read and follow a detailed scope of work
• Can identify issues and communicate solutions
• Has its own reliable transportation
• Has its own tools and equipment
• Maintains a professional and clean jobsite
• Communicates well with our Project Manager
• Can interact professionally with customers, tenants, and property managers
• Takes responsibility for quality and workmanship
• Shows up when scheduled and meets agreed-upon deadlines

We are not looking for a crew that needs to be taught how to complete the work. We need an experienced team that can be assigned a project and trusted to get it done correctly.

We are looking to build relationships with dependable contractors who want consistent opportunities and a long-term working relationship with MEL Realty Repairs.
