Not every beautiful floor starts with a perfect surface.

For this project, we had to self-level the existing floor before installing the new LVP. Taking the extra time to create a flat, stable foundation ensures the flooring locks together properly, performs the way it's designed to, and looks incredible for years to come.

The prep work may not always be seen, but it's one of the most important parts of a quality installation. Without proper prep work, you can not provide the security that our customers work so hard to pay for.

There's something special about seeing a project transform from an idea into a space a family will enjoy for years to come. These rich wood cabinets paired with the black hardware are giving this kitchen such a warm, timeless look.

And in the middle of it all is one of our favorite helper. We're incredibly proud to have our son, Sergio, working alongside us this summer. Watching him grow while helping build something meaningful as a family has been a blessing.

This T&G ceiling completely transformed this outdoor space.

From open framing to a rich, warm wood finish, the difference speaks for itself. The dark stain paired with the black windows gives this porch such a clean and modern look.

The exposed wires are for the custom lighting that’ll be installed next, and we already know it’s going to make this space even more incredible once it’s finished .

Most of the homes we’ve posted lately have been new builds or empty renovation projects, but we truly do it all.

We’re currently working on a lived-in home, updating both the floors and kitchen while the homeowners still live there and carry on in thier normal daily lives. These are the times that what we do are so important. Working with our customers right where they are.

There’s something really special about getting to help families transform the spaces they use every single day. We’re incredibly thankful for the opportunity to bring their ideas and dreams to life.
