NOW HIRING: Asphalt Laborers

Join our team and help to keep our community moving!

Position: Asphalt Laborer
Location: Knoxville
Job Type: Full-Time / Seasonal (with potential for long-term seasonal work)

What You’ll Do:

- Assist with asphalt paving, patching, repair work, decorative asphalt as well as sealcoating asphalt.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment
- Support crew members on job sites
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- This position dose require you to travel out of town with the crew for up to 2 weeks at a time.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina (lifting, bending, standing for long periods) with ability to pass a DOT physical
- Construction or asphalt experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Be able to pass random drug screening
