Built to last for yearssss 💪 yes it might not be as scratch resistant compared to the luxury vinyl planks BUT youll never see the same LVP in any home more than 40 years like you will hardwood 🤝

Thats why we choose hardwood over everything else plus i think we all can agree it’s so much prettier than Lvp and carpet 🤩

Would you rather have a dark brown hardwood floor or a natural color like this?!?

On this job we installed 2.25in red oak hardwood in 2 rooms then sanded everything including the stairs; for the final touch we went with a natural stain and 2 thick coats of satin oil base polyurethane

Another one wrapped up 🤝 check this out!

On this job we installed 2.25” Red Oak hardwood throughout the kitchen area, tying it into the living room then the hallway making it look like it’s been there forever! (even though the existing floor had all small boards making it a little harder to not see the difference)

For the final touch we went with a provincial stain and 2 coats of satin oil base polyurethane 🥱 then just like that another flawless scratch-free floor 🤝

Are you looking for a flooring that will literally last a lifetime?? Just bc luxury vinyl planks say “lifeproof” doesn’t mean they will last forever. They will eventually need replaced as for hardwood a good sand and finishing will last +10years then you can refinish them multiple times! OR you can buff and recoat them every few years to keep them lasting even longer!

PLUS not only will hardwood make a home look fancier , it will add REAL value to the home.

What a beauty! 🤩 from skirt boards all the way to the handrails/post. We do it all!

An amazing stair installation that consisted of prefinished engineered but wow what an amazing outcome! For the post we went with pure red oak stained with 70% classic gray and 30% early American then finished it off with some iron balusters!
